Meet and greet hosted by Brian and Barb Johnson 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ++
It will be held at their residence at 294 Whitegates Cres. It is west on Portage Ave and south off of Rouge Rd in the Westwood/Assiniboia area. Although Whitegates runs north/south, it does not reach Portage Ave.
There will appetizers as well as a sandwich buffet (Manitoba Social theme) with a lot of extras. There will be a moderate amount of beer, wine and soft drinks available. (If you wish, you can bring your beverage of choice.)

SATURDAY
A "Garden Party" to be hosted by Paul and Wendy Johnson 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.++
It will be held at their residence 147 Cassin Blvd. It is in the south part of Winnipeg near the south-west junction of Bishop Grandin Blvd. and Lagimodiere Blvd.
It will involve appetizers and roast beef on a bun with full condiments.
Cousin Garry plans on showing a DVD presentation of the pictures he has received.
Again, we hope for nice weather and lawn chairs would be appreciated.
For Sunday, we plan on meeting at the Viscount Gort Hotel for their brunch. We plan on meeting at 11:00 am. If we get 25 or more, which should be easy, we can book a private room. For those who have to leave later on Sunday, it should give them enough time.
For those interested in visiting Brookside Cemetery, a map of the grounds with the grave sites marked for all of the Johnson family that are buried there is available.
Bring your camera and also any old pictures of your family. I am sure there are more pictures than have been included in Garry's website. Also, for those who are interested in genealogy, it would be a great time to update our family tree.
